Bio-Imaging will support Sequus study of ovarian cancer treatment

Bio-Imaging Technologies, Inc. (West Trenton, New Jersey) has entered into a contract with Sequus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Menlo Park, California) to provide medical image processing and digital image management services to support a Phase II study of doxorubicin HCl liposome injection to treat patients with ovarian cancer. Bio-Imaging will handle site setup and standardization, centralized image data translation and standardization, image quality control, and the design and implementation of an independent overread of the regions of interest by an independent medical expert.
