GHz to design radio frequency GaAs circuits for TriQuint

TriQuint Semiconductor (Hillsboro, Oregon) will be utilizing the design services of GHz Circuit Design (Newburyport, Massachusetts) for TriQuint's GaAs integrated circuit foundry services. TriQuint and its customers will be supported by GHz's radio frequency integrated circuit design team while TriQuint will move the design into production to provide wafer manufacturing, die packaging, and IC testing services.
