View Systems to purchase Eastern Tech

View Systems, Inc. (Englewood, Colorado) and Eastern Tech Manufacturing Corp. (Columbia, Maryland) have signed a letter of intent for View Systems to acquire Eastern Tech. Eastern Tech will become the primary manufacturer of View Systems' digital video security and surveillance systems as well as producing electronic hardware for other clients. Eastern Tech manufactures biomedical equipment, communications hardware, connector assemblies for cruise missile launchers, surface mount boards, and guidance systems.
