Scan-Optics, Bluebird announce licensing agreement

Scan-Optics, Inc. (Manchester, Connecticut) and Bluebird Systems (Carlsbad, California) have signed a licensing agreement for a suite of document management software products which encompass object management and workflow. Scan-Optics will license Bluebird's ODOC which provides open choice of server-side components to build high-performance, object management, and workflow applications in distributed environments.
