DRS acquires NAI Technologies

DRS Technologies, Inc. (Parsippany, New Jersey) has completed the acquisition of NAI Technologies (Huntington, New York) in a stock exchange transaction. The acquisition of NAI, an electronics company which provides rugged computers and peripherals, will complement DRS' defense electronics products and systems integration technologies.
