Herley to acquire General Microwave

Herley Industries, Inc., has reached an agreement to acquire all outstanding capital stock of General Microwave Corp. Herley, which designs and manufactures products used for training targets, reconnaissance, and mapping, will restructure the company into two approximately equal business sectors: Space and Communications and Microwave Products.
