Bundesdruckerei acquires 51% of HSM

Bundesdruckerei GmbH, the German national security printing house, has acquired 51% of Holography Systems Munchen. Bundesdruckerei plans to use HSM's resources to develop new diffractive optically variable image devices, particularly machine readable features, and to obtain additional contacts in the holography world. HSM will remain an independent non-governmental agency and Bundesdruckerei remains open to use other companies for technology development.(courtesy Holography News)
