Moog acquires Schaeffer Magnetics

Moog, Inc., has completed the acquisition of Schaeffer Magnetics, Inc. The merger gives Moog, which manufactures high performance controls for aircraft, satellites, space vehicles, and other industrial applications, access to the products of Schaeffer, which are primarily actuators and motion control systems for the positioning of solar panels, antennae, and optical devices in satellite and space vehicles.
