San Am to distribute SeaChange systems in South Korea

San Am Technology will distribute and support SeaChange International, Inc., operations in South Korea. The distribution will include SeaChange's digital videosystems for television operators including digital ad insertion and long-form video delivery. Earlier this year the South Korean government awarded 23 newmultichannel cable system operator licenses, and the total number of South Korean households with cable and satellite is expected to grow to 9 million in 2005, anincrease of approximately 350% over 1996.
