CFC International to purchase Northern Bank Note

CFC International, the majority owner of CFC Applied Holographics, has reached an agreement with Northern Bank Note Company to purchase thesecurity printer. The acquisition will give CFC access to Northern Bank Note's intaglio printing press. CFC's plans include moving its narrow websecurity holographic operations into the Northern facility, although CFC's wide web embossing activity would remain at the CFC facility. Both companiesare based in Chicago.
