Journal of Optics A: Pure and Applied Optics has published a special issue on the Fundamental Aspects of Nanophotonics.
The rapidly emerging field of nanophotonics offers researchers countless opportunities to explore the dimensions between those objects the human eye can see through a lens and those of the invisible elementary building blocks of the material world: molecules and atoms.
