Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation, the holding company which owns Wabash Technologies (Huntington, Indiana) has reached an agreement to acquire Optek Technology, Inc. (Carrollton, Texas) for approximately $200 million. Optek stockholders will receive $25.50 in cash per share if a majority of the shares are tendered. Optek manufacutres optoelectronic, magnetic, and fiberoptic sensor products while Wabash produces customized sensors and actuators for automotive and off-road markets.
