ITT, Kodak to pursue joint EO remote sensing opportunities

ITT Industries, Inc. (White Plains, New York) and Eastman Kodak Company (Rochester, New York) have announced that they will jointly pursue worldwide marketing opportunities. The marketing agreement between ITT's Aerospace/Communications Division and Kodak's Commercial & Government Systems unit will provide mutual benefit from the companies' complementary capabilities in the design, manufacture, and operations of space-based electro-optical remote sensing. The scope of the agreement includes commercial and government remote sensing systems and space exploration systems.
