Nokia Corporation (Espoo, Finland) and SK Telecom (Seoul, South Korea) have reached a development agreement to further the development of third-generation Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) technology. The cooperation includes Nokia providing SK Telecom with advanced engineering skills critical to operations while Nokia will develop end-to-end WCDMA network systems, management tools, customer services, and mobile terminals.
