Video Display acquires Wintron

Video Display Corporation and Wintron, Inc., have reached an agreement in which the assets and operations of Wintron will be acquired by Video Display Corporation and assimilated into that company. The acquisition of Wintron, which manufactures high-quality custom deflection components, high-voltage power supplies, coils, flyback transformers, and other CRT circuitry, enhances the cathode ray tube manufacture and supply strength of Video Display, which is also involved in infrared imaging research and development.
