USDC earns $10 million DARPA contract

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has awarded the United States Display Consortium $10 million to continue funding infrastructure development programs for the flat panel display industry. The USDC, a cooperative industry/government effort to develop an infrastructure to support a domestic flat panel display industry, has over 100 corporate and affiliate members as well as support from DARPA.
