FED acquires Virtual Vision

FED Corporation has acquired Virtual Vision, Inc., from Telxon Corporation. FED's acquisition of the head-mounted display technology company is expected to allow FED to expand from developing flat panel displays to providing complete display systems. The sale allows Telxon to increase its focus in its core mobile computing, wireless networking, and systems integration areas.
