Thermedics Detection wins German contract

Thermedics Detection announced that it has been awarded a contract for its EGIS explosives detection system from the German Ministry of the Interior for use in Germany's airports. The contract for the system which scans carry-on and checked baggage for a broad range of explosives covers 30 units over the next three years.
