Funding for U.S. companies to train Russian partners

The U.S. Department of Commerce has announced that funding is now available to U.S. companies for training a potential business partner from Russia for three months. The money is provided through the Special American Business Internship Training (SABIT) Program. Applications will be accepted through 31 March 1998.
