Japan issues patent to Radiance Services Company

Japan has issued Radiance Services Company a patent on its basic radiance process and apparatus. The radiance process uses laser light and a flowinginert gas to remove contamination from surfaces and produce changes in surface topography. (courtesy Laser Focus World)
