Invention Machine Corp. and LightPath Technologies, Inc., have formed a joint venture company to develop, manufacture, and marketwavelength-division-multiplexing systems for telecommunications use.
LightChip will also seek $2 million from private investors and will reserve 14% ofits ownership for employees.
