Electronic display materials expected to be $8.24 billion market by 2001

Business Communications Company has released a study on the market for electronic display materials. Flat panel display materials, a $1.93 billionmarket last year, are forecasted to increase by an annual rate of 11.5% and total $3.33 billion in 2001. CRT display materials, a $3.51 billion market in1996, are expected to grow by 6.9% a year which would result in a $4.9 billion market in 2001.
