Big Sky gets bigger

Big Sky Laser Technologies has completed a 25% expansion of its Bozeman, MT, headquarters. New shock and vibration-test capability have been added, allowing on-site testing of lasers over any customer-specified shock and vibration curve. The laboratory features an Unholtz-Dickey S062 vibration-test system.

The company is projecting an 80% increase in sales for 1996. Medical OEM lasers, particularly Nd:YAG and Er:YAG, have fueled much of the growth, said a company spokesperson
