Premier forms strategic alliance

Premier Laser Systems (Irvine, CA) formed a strategic alliance with International BioLaser Corp. to manufacture and market IBLC's argon dental-laser system, approved for composite curing, and its line of CO2 lasers, used for a number of approved dental and surgical applications. In addition, a new dental-products group will be established. With headquarters in Salt Lake City, Premier Dental Products Group will combine Premier's direct sales resources with IBLC's telemarketing programs and network of approximately 20 manufacturers' representatives. Further terms were not disclosed.
