large apperture NdYAG wafer for high power laser application from LASERTEC

Lasertec developed new growth techonology in NdYAG crystals applied in high power slab laser system and disc laser system. The apperture upto Dia60mm without core and stress is availible in LASERTEC.
The wafer specification as following:
Doping level: 1%,0.6%,0.1% or customized.
Dimension: Dia60X1mm~10mm
Flatness:2lambda~lambda/10
Wavefrontness: 1/8 per inch
Parallelism: 30 arcsec
