31 Oct 2007 Sglux has launched a large range of UV probes to cover the many diverse applications for such devices. The probes, with versions for use in air or water, differ by their output signal, special spectral characteristics and different probe geometries. Scitec Instruments is proud to announce that Sglux has introduced a wide range of UV sensor probes to meet the many different applications being found for these devices. More than 50 different probes are normally held in stock by Sglux ready for same day shipment. The probes offer a choice of output signal, spectral characteristics and probe geometry. Of special interest will be the UV Cosine probe with its wide-angle characteristics and Erythema photodiode for UV Index measurements. The UV Water and UV-DVGW probes are designed for the measurement of UVC radiation in water purification systems. These are both 10 bar water pressure resistant probes. Sglux have also published a UV probe selection guide, which is available on request.
