The Berliner Glas Group has been active in the semiconductor industry for more than 20 years and supplies customers within this market with high-precision, custom designed wafer chucks, precision components, modules and optical systems. These are used in lithography, inspection, metrology as well as 3D integration.

At Semicon West 2014 in San Francisco the Berliner Glas Group will present examples of its products and solutions. One of the highlights is a new e-chuck. By means of this chuck demonstrator various features will be shown. The Berliner Glas experts who will be present at the show will explain these features and the set up of the chuck and are prepared to answer all questions of interested visitors.
