Space Imaging acquires Pacific Meridian Resources

Space Imaging of Denver, CO has agreed to buy Pacific Meridian Resources of Emeryville, CA.

Space Imaging supplies commercial space imagery, aerial photography, mapping services, and derivative geographic information products and services. The addition of Pacific Meridian Resources brings expertise in advanced image processing, GIS and remote sensing techniques.

Pacific Meridian will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Space Imaging, with Kass Green remaining as president. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
