Identix, Motorola form strategic alliance for fingerprint security

Identix, Inc. (Sunnyvale, California) and Motorola (Phoenix, Arizona) have developed a strategic alliance to develop fingerprint-based security solutions. The companies will utilize Indentix's biometric fingerprint identification security technology and Motorola's semiconductor architecture. The products will be sold under the IDSafe trademark.
