ASML to supply Alpha Industries with lithography stepper

The special applications division of ASM Lithography (Veldhoven, The Netherlands) has been selected by Alpha Industries (Woburn, Massachusetts) to provide lithography stepper equipment. Alpha will use ASML's PAS 5500/100 system to produce gallium arsenide integrated circuits for global wireless communications.
