Moritex fully acquires European subsidiary to expand business

Moritex Corporation (Tokyo, Japan) has acquired the complete stock and holdings of Moritex Europe Ltd. (Cambridge, United Kingdom). The acquisition of the outstanding majority shareholding allows direct investment into Europe for Moritex, which produces core imaging systems, optical components, and fiber optic technologies.
