AIXTRON will take role in nanotechnology centers

AIXTRON AG (Aachen, Germany) will take an active role in the German Ministry for Education, Science, Research and Technology sponsorship of Centers of Excellence in Nanotechnology. The six Centers of Excellence include Applications of Nanostructures in Optoelectronics at the Technical University of Berlin, and Creation and Implementation of Lateral Nanostructures at the Technical University of Aachen. AIXTRON will apply its core competency to the development of production processes and will contribute to the market introduction of those systems.
