Lockheed Martin has been awarded contracts worth approximately A$125 million for the supply and initial five-year support of four Tactical Air Defence Radar Systems for the Australian Defence Force. The systems will replace existing systems operated by the Royal Australian Air Force. Lockheed is teamed with Tenix Defence Systems, which will integrate the radar elements, and RLM Systems, which will provide the software engineering of the user-interface.
