Kroll-0'Gara to acquire InPhoto Surveillance

The Kroll-O'Gara Company has reached an agreement to acquire Kizorek, Inc., which does business as InPhoto Surveillance. The acquisition gives Bill Kizorek 800,000 shares of Kroll-O'Gara common stock and makes him a senior executive at the Kroll-O'Gara Company. InPhoto Surveillance provides video surveillance systems to insurance companies to investigate potentially fraudulent claims.
