Eastman Kodak Company's Motion Systems Analysis Division has entered into a working relationship with Silicon Mountain Design, Inc., for the manufacture and worldwide distribution of imaging technology and products. The agreement will allow SMD to capitalize on Kodak's worldwide marketing and distribution strengths while allowing Kodak's customers the solutions from SMD's technical ideas.
