Titan to acquire Horizons Technology

The Titan Corporation and Horizons Technology, Inc., have signed a merger agreement in which Titan will acquire all of Horizons' outstanding shares for approximately $19 million of Titan stock. Horizon will become part of Titan Technologies and Information Systems Corporation and the merger of the two San Diego companies is expected to give Titan strength in the command and control field.
