SpaceDev to acquire Integrated Space Systems

SpaceDev and Integrated Space Systems have signed a letter of intent in which SpaceDev will acquire Integrated Space Systems and make ISS a wholly-owned subsidiary of SpaceDev. The transaction will add ISS's mission/spacecraft design, contruction/testing, space/launch vehicle integration, and ground/mission control and operations skills to SpaceDev's Near Earth Asteroid Prospector mission that will provide an opportunity for governments and companies to fly their instruments and experiments through deep space to an asteriod.
