Energy Optics to buy 60% of SPACE-X Corp.

Energy Optics, Inc., has completed a deal to acquire 60% of the outstanding stock of SPACE-X Corp. Energy Optics, which already has a 20% interest in theSPACE-X subsidiary Microgravity Aviation Co., will purchase the SPACE-X stock with Energy Optics stock.
