Ocean Optics establishes corporate development and acquisitions program

Ocean Optics, Inc., has established a corporate development and acquisitions program to seek opportunities for technology licensing, business partnerships, and acquisitions. Of particular interest to the fiber spectrometer and accessory manufacturer are licensing and exploration opportunities with companies and institutions involved in optical sensing technologies and potential partners including those who develop and manufacturer fiberoptic sensors, optical fibers and probes, spectroscopic illumination sources, and other spectrophotometric components.
