Hughes & Digicom team up

Hughes Network Systems Inc. in Germantown, Md., has signed a contract with DIGICOM, a Romanian company that offers private network services. Under the $3 million contract, HNS will supply DIGICOM with a hub and network consisting of 250 two-way VSATs.
