Cordant Inc. in Reston, Va., and BTG of Vienna, Va., have been awarded two IC4I contracts, which have an estimated total allowable value of $929 million for the two companies. The contract will provide the nation's intelligence community, which includes the CIA and the Department of Defense, with a vehicle to quickly procure computer and communications hardware, software and services. Cordant and BTG will be working competitively on two different company product lists for the intelligence community. Cordant is an information technology company that focuses on systems integration, imaging technology, information engineering, and CAD/GIS systems. BTG's capabilities range from systems development, integration and engineering to electronic commerce on the Internet.
