High UV sensitivity CMOS area image sensor

The S16101 CMOS area image sensor with back-illuminated structure and a 1280x1024 Active Pixel Sensor matrix, incorporates a timing generator, amplifier and A/D converter. The sensor has a digital output signal, imaging speeds of 146 frames/s and can be adapted to further increase the readout speed. Ideal for machine vision and camera applications.
