UHSM-I-10.6 ultra high speed IR detection module

VIGO Photonics would like to introduce our ultra-high speed „all-on-one” IR detection module. This module covers a wavelength range from 3 µm to 12 µm and has a bandwidth beyond 700MHz. It has an immersion lens made with GaAs which has a huge advantage of having no glue resulting to no absorption or losses.

The UHSM-I-10.6 is Thermoelectrically cooled, based on HgCdTe heterostructure giving the best performance among all discovered materials. The module is integrated with transimpedance, AC coupled preamplifier, a fan and a thermoelectric cooler controller in a compact housing. It has a 3° wedged zinc selenide anti-reflection coated (wZnSeAR) window which prevents unwanted interference effects.

This module is very convenient and user‑friendly device, thus it can be easily used in a variety of LWIR applications requiring wide frequency bandwidth such as Dual-comb spectroscopy, LIDAR, Time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy Systems and so on.
