23 Sep 2022 A plano-convex lens is compose of a plane and convex surfaces, has a positive focal length.It is used for the changing between point light source and parallel beam.It is mean when the light through the convex surface and out from plano surface,the lens will collect the beam in one point, when the spot light through the plano surface and out from convex surfaces, the lens will scattered the spot light into many beams.
Plano Convex Lens are also useful in a variety of applications involving emitters, detectors, lasers, and fiber optics etc.This lens can be made of a varies of materials.Such as Bk7 glass,CaF2,Fused Silica,ZnSe,Ge, Silicon and so on.It can be customized the diameter from 0.45mm to 400mm in our company.
