25 Sep 2020 PhotonTec Berlin expands its wavelength stabilized diode laser family with a new 976nm product. It emits 140W power from a 105µm core and 0.22NA optical fiber.
The diode module comes with a hermetically sealed 6-pins package measuring 120mm by 66mm. Thermistor and monitoring photodiode are integrated. The module is rigorously tested and validated to ensure long term reliability and long life. It is an ideal pumping source for high power fiber laser.
