06 May 2020 Nd:YAG LaserLine harmonic separators are designed to separate specific Nd:YAG laser harmonic wavelengths. The coatings for harmonic separators are deposited on λ/10 UV Fused Silica substrates using advanced Ion Beam Sputtering technology. These separators feature high reflection values and high LIDT.
