The need for compact, low power laser modules is continuing to grow within the UK.

Our small modules are commonly mounted onto a circuit board and housed within

the product as an alignment aide and, as such, need to be powerful enough to see

and still be safe to use in public.

LASER COMPONENTS’ range of low cost LC-LMD laser modules are designed to

deliver a sharp red or green laser spot, ideal for applications where low cost and

power consumption are a concern. With laser modules as small as ø3.3x7mm, the

LC-LMD series features multiple options such as dot or line generators, precision

aligned lasers for high accuracy applications, and focusable or collimated variants.

These modules are also available with either PCB friendly pins or trailing wires for

ease of connection.

All laser modules are designed to conform to either laser class 2 or laser class 3R,

ensuring laser safety regulations are adhered to within the final product.
