High power LED fiber optic light source module

This LED module is ideally suited for OEM customers. Supported by a large number of analog and digital interfaces it is easy to integrate in customer devices and systems. The device internally monitors all essential operating parameters, provides  the active self-protection and allows maximum efficient and uncomplicated  use. The modules are prepared for use in medical environments by constructional and electrically configurations. Several monitoring and status inputs facilitate process control. Due to its very compact design, this LED light engine generates little heat and noise while providing maximum light output.

The flexible driver technology employed by LEJ supports analog brightness control across a wide range, rapid pulsing of the high-performance LEDs and the implementation of an electronic shutter. Optionally, the fiber optical light source can be controlled via USB or Ethernet. The coupling of the LEDs to the light guide by specially developed fiber optics is extremely efficient and guarantees maximum light currents even at a small active diameter. The modules are available in two color temperatures, with high CRI (FOLED 800) for natural color rendition or with higher intensity (FOLED 1000) for light-critical applications. For the connection of the different light conductor types, customer-specific sockets and a multifunctional version are available.
