13 Jan 2016 Multi-chip 5W 1470nm fiber-coupled laser diode module has a single 105µm, 0.22NA optical fiber pigtail with optional SMA connector, providing high power and high brightness. Higher power modules can also be customized.
The diode module comes with hermetical sealed 2-pins package measuring 43mm by 25mm. Optional thermistor and photodiode are available with a 6-pins package. The diode and package were rigorously tested and validated to ensure long lifetime and long term reliability. They are an ideal solutions for applications requiring high power and high brightness from a small form factor diode laser.
