808nm wavelength stabilized laser diode

PhotonTec Berlin releases 808nm wavelength stabilized laser diode with 3W output power. The diode is equiped with a 105µm, NA0.22 optical fiber and thermistor. Utilizing Bragg grating the wavelength is locked at 808nm with narrow spectral width and insensitive to operating current and temperature. It is an ideal pumping source for solid state laser.

Other wavelength stailized laser diodes at 976nm and 981nm are also available.
